ZF Hungária Kft. is searching for experienced colleagues to the division of
Manual and automated transmission production
for the following position:

Commodity purchaser for Iron Castings

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for strategic sourcing of assigned commodity parts
• Operative and strategic Purchasing responsibility for the Commodity “Iron Casting Parts”
• Observation/ monitoring of procurement markets
• Introduction of procurement procedures
• Supplier selection, -evaluation, -development
• Development and evaluation of analyses (market, studies)
• Leading price and contract supplier negotiation under consideration of strategic targets
• Support and Implementation of the awarding process
• Collaboration with cross-functional expert groups
• Development, Supporting, Implementation of technical and commercial cost optimization projects
• Coordination within Division and Commodity Team

Requirements:

• University degree in Technical or Commercial field
• At least 4 years’ experience in automotive industry at the area of purchasing or project management
• Fluent English or/and German written and spoken
• Excellent MS Office user skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Active, exact responsible work attitude
• Willingness for travelling
