We’re looking for a Commercial Director of Vapepro, who will implement and develop the Vapepro brand - an innovative product, which is an alternative to smoking - on the market the Hungarian market.

Commercial Director (m/f) - Position description:

Our commercial directors work purposefully with a focus on creating long-term relationships of partnership and cooperation with our clients. In addition, they are committed to the development of the brand and are proactive in all possible directions.

Feladatok

In case you want to become our new Commercial Director - your responsibilities and obligations will be:

• To build strong relationships with customers, especially with corporate and key customers and always strive to provide them with an exceptional experience
• To manage customer expectations and direct them to a satisfactory result
• To inform your direct manager (the CEO) about the progress of the project
• To take initiatives and to identify opportunities for growth and development
• To collaborate with our team to achieve sustainable growth
• To manage your team, while focusing them on the results and at the same time take care of their comfort

Requirements and qualification:

• Proven experience in the field of trade (sales) - B2B, fast-moving consumer goods, cigarettes, alcohol and others
• Critical and analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Negotiation skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Understands P&L and uses the information as intended
• Experience in marketing and / or trade marketing is a huge advantage
